Making Good Choices
At DHA we like talking about making good food choices, how to keep “Sugar Bugs” out of our teeth and other ways to have a healthy body.
One of the ways we try to encourage our kiddos to have a healthy body is to GET MOVING! Any chance the teachers have during the day, they have the kids dancing, doing races outside, riding bikes and anything else they can think of to get the kids moving.
Moving is not only good for your child physically but it also helps them to get the wiggles out and helps them to stay focused longer at school!
